HE Chan Heng Chee – Ambassador of Singapore
 
Chan Heng Chee has served as Singapore’s Ambassador to the United States in 1996. Prior to her appointment, she was the Executive Director of the Singapore International Foundation and Director of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies. She has also served as founding Director of the Institute of Policy Studies, Singapore’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, High Commissioner to Canada and Ambassador to Mexico.
 
 
 
 
HE Carolina Barco – Ambassador of Colombia. Carolina Barco has always worked in the public sector; as Director of the City Planning Department in Bogotá and adviser to the ministries of Development, Culture, and the Environment; as well as to the National Planning Department and the Office of the Mayor of Bogotá. She has also worked as advisor for international cooperation to the United Nations Development Program, as researcher at Los Andes University, as well as a member of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy's Board of Directors. She is well known in the fields of formulation and adoption of public policies.
 
 
 
 
HE Renée Jones-Bos –Ambassador of the Netherlands Renée Jones-Bos has served in the public section  since 1977. Prior to her current appointment as Ambassador of the Netherlands to the United States she was the Director-General for Regional Policy and Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2003 – 2005 she was the Deputy Director-General for Regional Policy and Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has also served for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Ambassador-at-Large for Human Rights, Security Council Coordinator, Deputy Chief of Mission for the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Prague, Head of Recruitment & Training and First Secretary for the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Washington, D.C.
 
 
 
Rebecca Shambaugh  Nationally known leadership strategist and author of It's Not a Glass Ceiling, It's a Sticky Floor, Rebecca Shambaugh is President and CEO of SHAMBAUGH, where she founded Women in Leadership and Learning (WILL), an organization dedicated to the research, advancement and retention of women leaders and executives.
